Met me right at my appointment time. I was provided transportation to and from home in a timely manner. Work was done quickly. Very impressed with the service.

Very satisfied with service. John kept me informed about my vehicle. Came and got me when my vehicle was done. Explained what was wrong, and what they did to fix the problem.

It’s a nice clean dealership, with some of the happiest...

It’s a nice clean dealership, with some of the happiest employees that I’ve ever seen. My service technician was and has been a gentleman named Dave Whitlow for years. Dave has always been upfront with me about all things related to my car and service, and whether maintenance or replacement items could wait, or needed to be done very soon, and I appreciate that. I in no way feel as though I’ve been taken advantage of and actually I feel like Dave goes out of his way to ensure that he does all that he can for me when I come in for any kind of vehicle service. The only thing that I would alter is enforcement of the mask policy. I noticed quite a few customers with their masks removed when talking on the phone, or just down for no reason at all, either fully below the chin or hanging below their nose, and no Employee said anything to them, and I hated that. As a Heart Transplant recipient, even a common cold could be deadly to me, because I am immuno compromised Due to the medication that I have to take to prevent my body from rejecting my new heart, but was stuck there for over 4 hours.due to the medication that I have to take to prevent my body from rejecting my new heart I can’t jump in an Uber or a taxi because I will be sharing those potential germs with whoever my driver would be in that confined space, and it was 51° outside with hail in La Mesa. I came in for an oil change and ended up spending over $600, so yes I also think prices are so high at dealerships that it’s insane. Again, Dave did say that the maintenance that was needed was not urgent and could wait but since I was there I decided to get it done anyway. Any reading that I provided that’s below a four star is due to my extended wait time and mask enforcement. My service advisor was four-star and above for everything.

Great Service. Ivan Green is the best. I always use him because he is knowledgeable, efficient and HONEST !!!! He was willing to keep my truck at the dealership while waiting for some heavy duty parts to be shipped. Great
