⭐ 1-Star Review — Unprofessional, Unreliable, and

⭐ 1-Star Review — Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Completely Disappointing Experience I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model X (Deal #089819C01) from BM Motorcars on March 15, 2024, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Upon delivery, the vehicle arrived in poor condition — the interior was very dirty despite being promised a full cleaning and detailing, which never happened. In addition, the car was delivered with damage to the passenger-side mirror, caused by the freight company (Great Silk Road Transportation). I immediately reported the issue to BM Motorcars and sent photos documenting the damage. Despite multiple follow-ups with Jon from BM Motorcars and Leo from the freight company, the issue has never been resolved, even after receiving a Tesla repair quote that was forwarded to both parties. To make matters worse, communication throughout this entire process has been unprofessional, unreliable, and careless. I was repeatedly promised updates — including the FedEx tracking number for the vehicle title — which I never received on time. This caused unnecessary stress, registration delays, and wasted time trying to get straightforward answers. After months of back-and-forth between BM Motorcars and Great Silk Road Transportation, I’ve been tossed between both companies with no accountability, no ownership, and no resolution. Neither company has shown any genuine concern for their customers or demonstrated basic professionalism. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with BM Motorcars or Great Silk Road Transportation. My experience reflects a total lack of communication, integrity, and customer care. ⭐️ 1 Star – BEWARE of BM Motorcars – Classic

⭐️ 1 Star – BEWARE of BM Motorcars – Classic Bait-and-Switch Tactics If you're considering buying a vehicle from BM Motorcars in Linden, NJ, we strongly urge you to think twice. We were serious buyers — willing to pay their full asking price, travel 250+ miles, and had our financing lined up. But this dealership took advantage of our trust and wasted our time and money. We asked repeatedly — eight times — to speak with a manager, finance officer, or someone in authority. Every request was ignored. Their salesperson, Anton, convinced us to apply for dealer financing by claiming that Wells Fargo would beat our credit union's 6.29% interest rate. He later told us we were approved at 5.9% — so we booked flights, got a certified check, arranged insurance, and prepared to drive home in our new truck. Only after it was too late to make other arrangements did Anton finally send the paperwork — with a 7.1% interest rate. When questioned, he flat-out denied ever quoting 5.9%, despite having said so clearly. This was a classic bait-and-switch. They delayed sending us the paperwork until the last possible moment, knowing we were committed — flights, check, insurance, time off work — so we’d have no way to back out or arrange alternative financing. They also padded the deal with over $1,200 in fees, on top of the inflated interest rate, which they profit from directly. BM Motorcars fits every stereotype of a shady used car dealer: evasive, manipulative, and dishonest. They knew exactly what they were doing — and they hoped we wouldn't catch on until it was too late. We can’t warn people strongly enough: AVOID BM Motorcars.

When it come to customer service Mike is the man. He made the process very easy. I am happy with my sons purchase

Me vendieron un Nissan altima 2016 con trasmicion dañada. . Al día siguiente se me le prendió la luz del check engine. Fui al lugar y no quisieron ayudarme. No confíen en ellos son ladrones. Ni tan siquiera chequean los carros para venderlos.

Set up appt to look at the car and take for a test drive... i show up and the car is wedged in the middle of 5 other cars with a foot of space all around the car... after struggling to check out the inside, i asked to take it for a test drive and the sales man said that i didn't need to and that he guaranteed the vehicle... i walked away at that point... BIZZARE...

They make it so easy to buy, no pressure, just friendly

They make it so easy to buy, no pressure, just friendly helpful folks offering good deals. I just bought a car from them today, after having my mechanic check it out (he gave it high marks), and I am delighted with the quality for the very reasonable price. Go check out what they have, and I believe you'll be happy with the experience.

Found a Silverado online for $17,700.

Found a Silverado online for $17,700. Called the dealer and a lady answered to tell me it was on the lot but when I showed up (40+ minute drive) it was not there and with a price change of $18,900 in 12 hours but toly said the $17,700 price would be the right one since I found it at that and showed proof. Came back when the vehicle did show up and there is excessive damage on the body especially the front bumper having a cut deep enough to need body work as well as other damage around the mirrors/sides and a hanging front lip under the bumper. Anton tells me he has to talk to the boss now about the price... which then cannot be changed from $18,900. They would not even allow me to test drive the vehicle without running all info. There was dirt/mud caked up underneath and in the fender wells but rust also showing on the frame. Service was horrible and drove up there 2 times for 2 different lies. Not worth the asking price especially with the damage. "Clean title" vehicle.

BUYERS BEWARE.

BUYERS BEWARE. Mike was great to work with. Communication was great UNTIL the sale was completed I went up after several calls and texts, almost 2 hours away, and he was very professional until sale was completed. Even though I was buying a car, as is, There were a few things they promised to take care of and do before delivery of the vehicle. One was fill the tank up. Two was repair the brakes. Three was attempt to recharge the AC. They did not do anything with the brakes the brakes are identical as when I test drove the vehicle and they knew there was a problem. The vehicle was supposed to have a full tank of gas it arrived with under a quarter of a tank so cost over $100 to fill up. When i texted the sales rep he texted back "my fault, i was supposed to tell you couldn't for transport" But they knew they were transporting when the agreed THREE times. The AC, they claimed they tried to recharge it. LIES. i recharged it myself and it works. Imagine if they just did what they promised. The delivery guy was wonderful and dealing with them in the beginning was good. They're on hold music should make people question the company. It has wrong information on their address, their showroom, and their inventory and their service Bays. Apparently it was an old location with somebody else now they are in a an area that is not enclosed and very misleading. I would think twice. IT doesn't matter what they put in written, they lie. BUT, since I have it in writing the NJ AG's office, which has several complaints, can look into it.
