Purchased my a 2024 F150 from Wharton this was by far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had the buying process was quick and painless the staff was super accommodating answering all my what felt like hundreds of questions i will be buying my future vehicles from this dealership

I will never deal with Wharton Ford again!! The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called to cancel a part I ordered that was originally told to me would be here 1-2 days ago and the service guy Robert hung up on me. If it is not a Ford product seems you are not a priority. Plus, I was in the process of purchasing a new car and they fired my sales guy. He was the only reason I was dealing with Wharton Ford to begin with on the second purchase. When I got hung up on today, I told my other salesperson I would no longer deal with Wharton Ford. This is pitiful in such a small town.

Walked in to do a test drive and ended up buying the vehicle. The service was outstanding. Johnny , Tabitha and Gus all helped get me behind the wheel of a much needed car!
