Green Ford's service center sux I've had my my brand new 2017 explorer in the shop twice for exhaust fumes getting in the cab brakes were grinding in the back and have a rattle in the front kept my vechile for nine days total finally go to pick it up and they inform us they didn't do anything to our vechile wanted us to ride around with their tech and let him know when we smelled anything what a joke will be getting rid of this turd as soon as I can and their service center just sucked last ford I'll own

I have been looking at 2 brands of cars for about 6 months I test drove and test drove. I had been to 4 different dealerships and the same at every place, I found there to be so little customer service now I'm not naming any names, but I will tell you I found a few cars at green Ford on the online web page. I called about them and was immediately impressed with the service just over the phone. I stopped in a day later and was introduced to Todd and man right away he had the right attitude he was the most down to earth guy I have met in the car selling industry. All he wanted to do was get me what I wanted he didn't push he just listened and that was so refreshing. I tell you what I knew right after meeting him and talking about cars I had already made my mind up this was the guy to find a car for me. So on to test drives he went on 6 drives with me over the course of 2 days and I finally found the right car for my wife and I and Todd went above and beyond and the whole time worked with us to get the financing done and to a price we agreed. Just bought a truck from Green Ford and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan greeted me at the door and stayed with me during the entire process.
