Satisfied but could improve

I was satisfied with my purchase but had a few complaints. No one explained equipment. I was not ask if I wanted the extra insurance it was automatically added to my loan. The sales manager was a little deceptive about my payments and the final cost. I had ask not to run my credit until I knew the final numbers. So after being told one thing I said it would be OK to run credit and final cost was different.

I LOVE HYUNDAI OF BECKLEY

This dealership has really exceeded all of my expectations as far as the selling, demonstrating and information given about the vehicle. Also the amount of time and effort that they go through to make sure that the customer is satisfied truly amazes me. I will be back the next time I buy.

Very nice place to purchase a car very friendly staff very reasonable prices and very reasonable selection of new cars on the lot out of the way to get the deal done

It not finished yet.

Trading cars Hyundai was an enjoyable experience, but it's not over. I am waiting to hear about installing my old hitch on the new car and fixing the broken driving light. If I don't hear soon I am down grading this whole review. My new 2017 Santa Fe has the same problem as the 2013 Santa Fe with the steering locking which also keeps the key from turning on. I mention this only to comment on the quick and professional way the service department repaired the '13 Santa Fe. I must also comment on the mistakes made by the finance person. Mistakes will be made even by people who don't think they make mistakes. If you have never made a mistake you normally need an attitude adjustment when you do make one.

great service

Total experiences at Beckley Hyundai have all been better than good from non-abusive salespersons, to again the total service department, I can not say enough about them.

We've bought five vehicles at this dealership, and we will continue to buy and have our vehicles serviced there they are friendly ,kind , and courteous .Hyundai's vehicles have given us great service.

Good experience

Everyone at dealership was great. Highly recommend. Did great at placing is in the vehicle to fit our needs. Took time to explain all options.

Very pleased

satisfied

Very satisfied with our selection, previously owned a Hyundai 2013Santa Fe Sport and traded it in for the extra safety features that came on this vehicle. Chris Francisco (salesman) was excellent to deal with and if we lived closer we would have our vehicle serviced at the Beckley location.
