The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me

The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

The service dept is inexperienced mechanics the tore out

The service dept is inexperienced mechanics the tore out my engine saying a piston was bad due to a compression test but never checked back pressure on the motor..the catalyst converter was bad not the engine. So my engine was torn apart for being misdiagnosed..Then they wanted an extreme amount to fix a problem that didn't exist .Dont ever take your vehicle to their service dept for repairs..

This has cost me a great deal on a vehicle I have a warrenty on. My piston was not the problem there was nothing wrong with my engine that was broken down into boxes. It was a bad catalyst converter that the back pressure should of been tested before the break down of the engine..very experienced mechanics in the service dept.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The team at Kutztown is honest, knowledge and courteous. Working with Marc Konchinsky to buy my new truck was the best buying experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. Marc took care of everything and all I had to do was pick up the truck. Everything was prepared and waiting for us when we got there. So thank you Marc and thank you Miracle Kutztown for making this a great buying experience!

Took my truck in to be diagnosed which the mechanics

Took my truck in to be diagnosed which the mechanics misdiagnosed it ripped my engine apart only to find out the warranty co did not find anything wrong with the part so I had to tow my truck away with the engine ripped apart in the bed of my truck.. I would never trust this place again to work on anything..I am making payments on a truck that has no engine in cause they wanted 10000 to replace it trying to scam the warrenty co then me.

I wanted to purchase a 2019 Blue Lincoln Navigator for

I wanted to purchase a 2019 Blue Lincoln Navigator for $29,899 so I went there drove 3hours with cash to purchase it in full so I started the truck up and it had a Rattle 🪇 noise for 3sec and I'm well mechanically incline so I knew it was the Cam phasers, the truck sticker on the window stated 3m 3k warranty on powertrain and the salesman told me the truck didn't have a warranty red flag #1 and it's clearly on the window sticker, it even said it covers Cam and many other powertrain parts, then he tells me the truck is sold as is red flag #2 Pennsylvania law states all cars under 120k comes with a warranty.... So then they say they'll fix it but I would have to pay $1,000 more for the truck 😂 red flag #3 why should I have to pay to fix something they Knew had and engine issue and it's been on their lot for 330+ days so they definitely knew it had a problem because Everytime you start it makes that loud Rattle noise, to be honest I don't believe they fixed it, it's currently listed for 30,899 as of now! The salesman seems shady as well as the dealership! wasted my time driving there I can't believe they tried that, that's bad business 🫠 they should've honored the Original price of $29,899 it would've been sold if they truly fixed it 🤷🏾‍♂️ instead it's still sitting on their lot!

Do not buy from this dealership.

Do not buy from this dealership. They will lie to your face to get the vehicle sold. Then they will flat out ignore you for selling a vehicle with frame damage.

Truck was in for service.

Truck was in for service. I complained about the last service and how they did not grease any of the grease fittings. The service advisor made a note to grease the fittings. Once again, they did not! Time to find another repair center. Very disappointed for the cost of the service!

It seems to take some time to get an appointment if you

It seems to take some time to get an appointment if you want to wait for your car. Which is what I have to do because of the distance I am from the dealership. I wanted my car inspected and was the second person in the dealership in the morning. It seems to take a long time to have things done when waiting. I always ask to have my car wash. But most of the time there is always some excuse. This time they said it was washed but you could not tell that because it still was dirty. I have had other dealerships wash your car anytime you brought it in without any issues. Stuff is usually friendly.
