Reviews
Write a reviewDear Bishop Auto Repair Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent repair experience. From the beginning, the communication regarding my vehicle was inconsistent and frustrating. I received conflicting information about what GEICO needed to approve my claim. At one point I was told a video was required, while GEICO informed me something different. As a customer, I should not have had to act as the middleman between your shop and my insurance company. The repair process took much longer than expected, and throughout that time I was never given a clear or definite timeline for completion. The lack of communication created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Because I was without reliable transportation, I was forced to resign from my job. This situation had a significant financial and personal impact on my life. Considering the length of time my vehicle was in your care, I was also disappointed that I was not offered a courtesy vehicle or loaner. I expected a higher level of customer care and support during such a lengthy repair process. To add to my disappointment, when I picked up my vehicle, it had not been washed or vacuumed. After having my vehicle for an extended period, I expected it to be returned in clean condition as a basic courtesy. I have always expected professionalism and clear communication from an auto repair business. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope you will review what occurred and use my experience as an opportunity to improve communication and customer service for future customers. I would appreciate hearing from someone regarding the concerns I have raised. Thank you for your time and attention.
