I have purchased and leased vehicles for many years and never once did I ever receive phone calls from sales person, general manager, etc asking for my review so I am so impressed with the excellent service I received from CDJR Leesburg. The transaction was done so smoothly that it feels I didn't purchase the Ford Edge. Abdias Marte is so friendly and took only minutes for the purchase to be completed. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. The Ford Edge drives like a dream and everytime I drove it, I find a new feature to make me relax and enjoy the ride. Way to go guys. Absolutely love it!

Able to get an appt scheduled quickly for diagnosing our problem. Carlos handled everything quickly. Able to get the part we needed, and we're waiting to confirm an appt to get part replaced. Customer waiting area is nice, with beverages and snacks available, and comfortable seating.

Gives warm welcomes to their customers. Courteous and polite after taking info of your vehicle they show you to the snack area which is a plus. They inform you at what stage your vehicle is working on . And now I experienced the new video that is sent to my phone showing me what they did and if you need something more. The manager” David “ greets you while they’re working on your car and get to know his customers on a one to one which I prefer. I used Tiffany for years and this last visit I used Ryan Swoll, I couldn’t ask for better service from this young man. When I went inside to sign my paperwork it was a customer ahead of me so I sat in the chair. When Ryan was ready for me he could see that I had a problem getting up and he put his arm out and I looked up and I said thank you and I held onto his arm and I got up.. He is definitely an asset and just one more word who I believe is an asset inside the dealership building. His name is Charles. Through all these years Charles was always there for all my questions and did right by me. This dealership out of so many is an A + . sorry about this one more thing again when I got into my vehicle to leave hanging with the tag was a dealership offered to buy my car at X amount of money. Show the two new things that I’m aware of that I’m extremely happy with is the video on what they doing with your car and leaving an offer of sale for your car is the proper way to handle this. It’s so comfortable to go there when you walk in and you’re always acknowledged by your name. Where are all of the above I will close and my name is Patti Geist

I had a horrible experience the 1st time I dealt with and
I had a horrible experience the 1st time I dealt with and purchased from this dealership. However this time around my sales woman was great. Very helpful very knowledgeable and not pushy. Also the sales manager I dealt with this time was very helpful in trying to get me out of the vehicle I had purchased from them not long ago. The only issue I currently have with cdjr is they make you purchase there advantage plan no matter what when purchasing a vehicle. It is around $3000 and even though I just purchased it and never used it they made me purchase it again which I think is absurd. They should not tack on fees or force someone to pay for essentially a cleaning/light service type plan that will not be useful.

Minor mistakes were made from service technicians.
Minor mistakes were made from service technicians. Forgot to reset oil gauge and didn’t check psi after rotating my tires.
