Asistí con mi hija al piso de ventas de Hunday en Delray Beach y la experiencia desde un primer momento fue muy positiva. Fuimos atendidos por el sales person JULIO TORRES, un latino nacido en Puerto Rico, quien escuchó nuestros planteamientos con mucha atención y nos preguntó si :” estábamos dispuestos a salir esa misma tarde con un carro nuevo si la empresa nos ofrecía una oferta acorde a nuestras posibilidades “ . La respuesta nuestra fue : SI . El Sr JULIO se apersonó, involucrándose rápidamente en tratar de satisfacer nuestras expectativas, con el apoyo del General manager PEDRO ROMÁN, esta gente hizo una una serie de cálculos en su computadora y en menos de 10 minutos nos presentaron una oferta , que fue estudiada por nosotros y que satisfizo las expectativas de nuestras posibilidades; de manera tal que en menos de 30 minutos ya habíamos concretado el negocio, y nos fuimos con el vendedor al parking para seleccionar el color . Al unísono el gerente de finanzas LAURENT fue preparando toda la documentación para la firma tanto mía, como de esposa como CO OWNER y el personal de servicio técnico dando los últimos arreglos de inspección a la camioneta. Y felizmente salimos con nuestra nueva adquisición una Tucson2026 destacando la amabilidad del personal que nos atendió y sobre todo la empatía, el excelente trato , don de gente , y el profesionalismo del encargado de la venta el Sr JULIO TORRES , quien merece 5 estrellas por su labor.

I was having my Santa fe worked on, and while waiting i decided to look at the new car. Blake Lomicky ask if I needed any help l said I was waiting for for service department to finish my Santa fe. He showed my a new Tuson and explained all details about the car. I drove it and decided to purchase it. Blake is the reason i bought it because he never pressured me. We had a great experience at Delray Hyundai on our purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Our sales person, Blake Lomicky was wonderful. We did not feel any of the high pressure sales tactics that we had experienced at other dealers. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very patient in teaching us all of the new technology and safety features of the car. Blake was personable, patient and very kind. It was an unexpectedly very nice experience.
