This dealership is very unprofessional.

This dealership is very unprofessional. Do not buy a car from here. We have been trying to work with them on getting our license plate for our new car for over a month and no one will give us a straight answer or actually even answer us at all. Stay away folks. They don’t know what they are doing and you will spend so much time and energy trying to correct what they did wrong.

My advisor was Eric Daniel I wouldn’t recommend to nobody to work with this guy Very unprofessional, not interesting to do his job I went there to do regular maintenance to change the oil and do rotation the tires which he did but for my additional problem he wasn’t interested to work with me and then he said you have to schedule again. It was just a simple thing to do it but he don’t wanna do nothing He will start doing the confrontation about my problem with me and I didn’t have a choice. I had to reschedule my appointment for that problem for next year January 5. I’m very surprised way how I was traded over there very poor

Ever so professional, kind, timely and accommodating! I bought a 2023 Tucson back in March, was totaled in October. I didn’t hesitate to go back to Sarah, my original salesperson, but she was busy at the time, so she recommended Sal to me in her stead. I was just as pleased with Sal, as I was with Sarah! I’ve not encountered a bad or poor experience or interaction in the many times I’ve visited this dealership…definitely my go to dealer and salespeople when car shopping!!

My husband and I purchased an Ionic5 yesterday at the Delray Hyundai dealership. Donnie was our sales person, who went out of his way to make the whole car buying experience wonderful. In The finance dept , Cody, was so helpful and made “this” experience almost painless. Tom, who was at the greeting desk, was so nice too. I’ll tell my friends that this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Delray Hyundai.

Our sales person Ron Hirsch was excellent.

Our sales person Ron Hirsch was excellent. By far the nicest sales person I have ever had. Their finance department was very slow and somewhat rude. It took 4 hours to buy our vehicle and we were paying cash.
