Love my new Hyundai

Had a great experience at Delray Hyundai. They made it Quick and Easy.The salesman explained everything i needed.Very friendly and polite I will be back again next time I need a new car for my family

1st Hyundai

We had a great experience at Hyundai. Our sales associate, Alex Rosa, was helpful and knowledgable, which made the experience less stressful. This is my 1st Hyundai and I would recommend this dealership in the future.

Delray Hyundai is Excellent!

Had a great experience at Delray Hyundai! Fred and Sadko were tremendously helpful. Buying the new car was quick and easy, and a great deal. This is my second vehicle from Delray Hyundai and I'd definitely recommend it to others!

Two Cars In One Week! They're Just That Good!

We had just purchased a new Elantra Sport a week ago from Delray Hyundai, but were still looking for a good, reliable used car for my daughter. We were in no hurry to buy (she just got her permit), but we knew she was NOT interested in learning how to drive on the brand new Elantra! Plus, I could use a nice commuter car for a year or so. I noticed that there was a very nice 2012 Chevy Cruze LS on the lot while we were there to buy the Elantra, and checked it out on the Internet once we got home. After doing some additional research, I contacted Mike Satisky and told him we'd like take a test drive the following weekend. As with our first purchase, Mike and I had a very frank (and short!) discussion on what my family could afford after the test drive. Mike was able to work the numbers so that we both felt good about the final price. Our visit today to Delray Hyundai was just like our last one - everyone was very friendly and there was zero pressure. Steve Sheehy, a gentleman we had worked with previously, even made a point to go out of his way to say, "Hi!", and check on our previous purchase. I cannot say enough about the sales/finance teams at Delray Hyundai. I will be recommending them to any of my friends, if they are looking for a used car or a new Hyundai. Ask for Mike or Steve - they will take care of you!

Delray Hyundai made it look easy

I used the Consumer Report TrueCar feature to look for my next Santa Fe, and after receiving three phone calls from three separate Hyundai dealers, only Delray Hyundai was the experienced one. By the hand of Roberto Alfaro, the Interner Sales Manager, I was walked throughout the transaction to get our loan approved through Hyundai Finance at a great rate, in no time. We are so thankful of Delray Hyundai and Roberto for their honest work in getting us into a brand new car for the family.

A pleasure - not your typical car buying experience

Our salesman, Carlos Menendez, was fantastic. My husband and I had been looking for a car for a number of weeks. We drove from Pompano Beach and it was really worth it. We had just experienced a classic "bait and switch" from another dealer earlier that morning so I was in no mood for games. What a relief to walk in and find a true professional like Carlos. He worked with us and our budget and provided a level of confidence in the product that we had not had with other dealerships. Definitely worth the drive. We will go back for future car purchases.

"No-Pressure" Sales Staff Was A Real Pleasure!

I had no intention of purchasing a car at this time - maybe 3-4 months away, unless I happened to encounter a deal that I just couldn't refuse. Normally, when I tell a salesperson this, they become disinterested in even a quick test drive. Not the folks at Delray Hyundai! They were more than happy to talk about the Sonata and Elantra, and allowed us to test drive both. We asked questions and even asked to get the keys of the Elantra again to mess with the seat adjustments. Just how low pressure is "no pressure", you might ask? Well, after we asked all of our questions, we left without ever discussing a price! They knew we were there to get some initial info, and that was fine with them! After we completed our research on all the makes/models we had in mind, we found that we really COULD have used a "what's your best price at this moment" from Delray Hyundai. So, we called them up. As luck would have it, they had a 2014 Elantra Sport that they were planning to blow out in the next few days. I had them give me a price for that one, and the price was one that was too good to pass up. So much for our 3-4 month plan! We went in to the dealership the next day, and after some brief (and very up-front) negotiations on the price, we came to a deal that my wife and I felt very good about. Even during this time, I never felt pressured on the purchase. Michael Satisky and Steven Sheehy were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I'd recommend both of them to anyone looking for a Hyundai. Thanks, fellas!!

I live in west boca, and it was worth driving up to Delray!

My salesman Gerry Weiss got me into a newer, better car than I ever thought possible, and I like to shop. Just top-notch professionalism and honesty.
