So I’m back at Ford because the door does not open from the outside. While my car is there the diagnostic reveals the engine mount coming apart. I have had so much trouble with my escape but dealing with Terry there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks Terry for always helping out and giving great customer service.

This is a great dealership. Practically new, clean, nice amenities, i.e, coffee, etc. Friendly service. Although they are very busy and the waist is sometimes a little long. However, they have shuttle service if you don't want to wait. I am always satisfied with the work.

My F150 had a recall, so I took it in and Melvin was a great help and he was able to get my truck in and out very quickly. I'd recommend Melvin and Bohn Ford to anyone.

From calling in to make the appointment, to diagnostic to fixing the problem and when I asked if something else could be done and they said yes, and was able to do it in the same time frame as the original repair was remarkable!
