The vehicle purchase process is inefficient. It takes too long to close a deal. Process needs major overhaul to improve the customer experience. It should not take 5 hours to buy a car when the customer is in the "ready to buy" mindset and ready to talk numbers. Also, the financing on smaller loans penalizes the consumer. My loan rate was based on the amount I was borrowing ($14,000 @ 6%), rather than my excellent credit. I should have been offered a lower interest rate. I did not enjoy the car buying experience here.

Advertised a new 2025 Sierra 2500 for $41,845 on AutoTrader and their website. When I called ready to purchase, I was later told the price required trade-in and dealer financing incentives that were not clearly disclosed in the ad. I brought my car in for an oil change a week prior to me getting a nail in my tire, but when I brought my car in to have the tire repaired, they said I needed four new tires and they were not able to repair the tire. If I needed all new tires, why didn’t they tell me when my car was getting an oil change? Also, I think it’s insane to spend $100,000 on a car and not be given a loaner when the car is going to be in the shop for longer than expected. Also, I’m very sure I paid for packages to protect my windshield, tires and paint damage but they seem to not be able to find any of that in my account. I feel like since this dealership got bought and became classical elite it’s so unorganized and mismanaged. Also, the paperwork that was sent home with me after I bought four new tires very clearly stated that they were able to patch the tire so I feel like I was lied to and spent $1300 unnecessarily. Honestly, I’m contemplating trading in my car just so I can buy a new one from a different dealership to receive better service.

Mark Minnis was a friendly nice salesman, and I appreciate his service. Very happy with the vehicle I purchased and for the price I received it at. Hands down, the best price in a 300-mile area of Central Texas... Don’t know how they do it. There were some friction points throughout the process, but the manager, Mr. Maani, was quick to rectify them to ensure the customer was satisfied. I appreciate his professionalism and commitment to providing outstanding customer service, even after the transaction was completed.
