Still trying to get in contact with them about this situation. I call every day, hoping that the company would hold to what they said. "I didn't have to take the car to anyone else, they would make sure that the car will be fixed and running." What if this was your mother, daughter, or son? I work hard for my money and taking care of my kid. My son should be able to have the life he deserves this incident has really put a hold on all of that. Took the dearest thing to my heart and that's providing for my son. I have all documentation also.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new Suburban, John Wyatt met us on the lot. He was very friendly, not pushy and showed us the vehicle. Later that evening my wife emailed him with an offer. He responded with add ons for oil changes for life and battery changes for as long as we own the vehicle. We did not want either option but John told my wife we must buy these add ons if we want to make the purchase. This ended with a heating phone conversation making my wife feel very uncomfortable. The next morning I called Arnel Johnson, John's manager about what happened. I told Arnel we want to make a deal if we can take these items off the price and we did not want to work with John Wyatt. He agreed and said we will work with James McPhearson to sign paperwork. We met James and he was great. Very friendly and made the process easy until it came to the survey. He mentioned a survey several times while we were at the dealership and even sent me a text later about taking the survey. Normally I never submit a survey unless I had a bad experience like I am now. I told James I would complete the survey for him. I completed the survey giving him good marks and even took time to write an extra note about how James was a pleasure to work with. About a week later, I got a phone call from James telling me how disappointed he was in how I completed the survey. He said that based on my answers to the survey, he did not get paid for the suburban purchase. The conversation ended with James telling me, "you better not need anything from me ever again". We love the new suburban but will never go back to Priority Greenbrier.

I have bought 6 vehicles from Priority Chevrolet and let me tell you why I will never buy another one from any Priority dealership. I had an appointment to have my car's oil changed this weekend. I brought it in early and I was told it would probably be done that day. I never heard anything. Spent lots of time trying to get someone to respond to me and let me know if the car was done bc the tracking app wasn't updating. I finally drove out there and my car is parked in the middle of the aisle, not even in one of the empty parking spaces. Good news is that at least it was locked. The last vehicle I left with them wasn't locked when we picked it up after being there overnight. I unlock and open the driver door and there is oil on the door below the window, it's all over the arm rest, it's on the center console, it's on the floor mat and the rug. There's a greasy hand print on the hood and it looks like when they were done filling it with oil they just kept dumping instead of neatly ending it. If you don't mind having your car trashed when you get it back from the service department this is a great place to buy from. Nothing has been done to make this right. I have to wonder what will happen to my vehicles when I have to take them in next.

Why would I call you to be put into an automated system to leave a message where you don’t call me back. I called you about 20 times Saturday and never once spoke to a live person or received a call back. I’ve contacted you on multiple platforms and left my contact information. Find me. Try talking to your express service people who worked Saturday. Talk to the people who monitor your Facebook messenger. I even sent pictures through there. I was told someone would be getting back to me about the situation. I left all my contact info there. I'm guessing that I will never hear from anyone from the dealership and this is why I will never buy another vehicle from you and I will tell everyone to avoid every priority dealership. You act like you want to make this right but really you are going to do nothing.

I can't recommend this service experience because of the ongoing issues with how they diagnose things, their communication, how they handle repairs, and just their overall professionalism. We talked about a bunch of electrical problems throughout the whole thing, like grounding issues, lights not working, HVAC controls, switches, and module stuff. Even though they told me the car was totally fixed, problems were still there afterward. I kept telling them I was worried about them doing diagnostics piece by piece and stacking up repair charges without figuring out the real problem first. Unfortunately, it just got more and more confusing, expensive, and frustrating. The biggest problem was that what they told me verbally, what was in the repair records, and how the car actually was after I picked it up didn't match up. Sometimes, I felt like they were talking down to me and misleading me the whole time. As someone who's been a customer for a long time, I expected way better communication, transparency, and to feel confident that the car was actually fixed right before I got it back.

Thank you for the response. I appreciate the acknowledgment of my concerns. However, my frustration goes beyond communication alone. My primary concern remains that I was repeatedly told the vehicle was properly diagnosed and repaired, while many of the original electrical concerns continued afterward. I also remain concerned about the repeated diagnostic approach, additional charges after extended time in the service department, and the discrepancies between what was verbally communicated, what appeared in the repair documentation, and the actual condition of the vehicle after pickup. At this point, I am requesting meaningful review and accountability regarding the repair process, billing, and quality control involved in this situation. I look forward to hearing how Priority Chevrolet Greenbrier and Lithia intend to address these concerns moving forward.

Respectfully, I did attempt to resolve these concerns directly with Priority Chevrolet Greenbrier on multiple occasions, both in person and by phone, before posting my review. My concerns are not simply about diagnostics. They involve being told repairs were completed when certain issues remained unresolved, being presented with additional charges after prior discussions regarding repairs, and the manner in which my concerns were handled throughout the process. I made numerous efforts to work with the dealership directly. Unfortunately, those efforts did not lead to a satisfactory resolution, which is why I ultimately escalated the matter and shared my experience publicly. What makes this situation especially disappointing is that I chose the Chevrolet dealership because I believed the manufacturer dealership would be best equipped to properly diagnose and repair my Chevrolet truck. I was not looking for the cheapest option. I was looking for the most qualified option. I trusted the dealership's expertise, recommendations, and representations regarding the condition of the vehicle and the repairs performed. Unfortunately, after significant time, multiple visits, numerous diagnostic charges, and thousands of dollars in repairs, I am now in a position where I may need to take the vehicle elsewhere and incur additional expense to address concerns I believed had already been resolved. Equally concerning was the manner in which I was treated when attempting to address these issues. Throughout the process, I remained calm, patient, and respectful. In return, I experienced interactions at Priority Chevrolet Greenbrier that I found dismissive, degrading, and at times accusatory. I was questioned, accused of recording conversations, and made to feel as though my concerns were the problem rather than the unresolved issues with the vehicle. That treatment only added to an already frustrating situation. I should have confidence in Priority Chevrolet Greenbrier's ability to complete the remaining work. My disappointment is that I expected the dealership I purchased the vehicle from, and entrusted with these repairs, to provide that level of service from the beginning. I remain willing to discuss a fair resolution. However, it is important to recognize that the issue was never a lack of communication on my part. The issue is that despite repeated communication and multiple opportunities to address these concerns, the outcome still left me with unresolved problems, additional expense, and a loss of confidence in both the repair process and the customer experience.
The impossible was made possible for getting a vehicle. Thanks to James McPhearson I now own a Nissan Rouge!!! Thanks to everyone that made it happen 🙌 🙏
