Let me tell you how grateful I am to this dealership right here. About 4 months I purchased a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer from Mr. James Mcphearson. About a month ago I was involved in a flash flood. About 48 hrs ago my insurance totaled out my brand new trailblazer due to electrical issues from the flood. I was devastated. I’m like what am I gonna do? I don’t have money to buy another car. I cried my eyes out. Out of the blue, I got a text from Mr. Mcphearson asking me if I was looking for another vehicle. I turned right around and called him crying my eyes out to him letting him know what had just happened to my brand new trailblazer. He was like Miss Blair. Don’t worry about it. I got you and started asking me questions. I gave him my information. By the end of the day he was like can you come up to the dealership? I’m like what I can’t at the moment, but I can be there first thing in the morning so the next morning I walked into Priority Chevrolet, Mr. Mcphearson greeted me with a hug and said you’re gonna be just fine. I got you. Mr. McPhearson, his sales manager and Eddie surprised me with keys to a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax. I’m like what??? What??? I started crying OMG. Mcphearson introduced me to his sales manager who help put this together and I gave him a big hug telling him thank you so much. Mr. Mcphearson took me out side to my new Trax and I just couldn’t believe what was happening. Mr. Mcphearson told me always have faith, you never know when your going to be blessed. Eddie helped me out with my payment plans and we had a nice conversation, I was still in shock. This team is absolutely amazing just F**king amazing. You don’t run into a lot of sales people who actually cares about their customers and this is one dealership and the team who absolutely makes sure you are good!! Again thank you guys for saving me. I had no idea what I was going to do. I live in Elizabeth City and I work in Norfolk. Bless you guys!!! I really had no idea what I was going to do to resolve my transportation issue. The sales person, James McPhearson was absolutely awesome! He was very patient with us and is very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. We appreciate the time he took to find out our needs, life styles and goals to make sure we were getting a vehicle that fits for us and our family. His eagerness and willingness to explain in detail about the various vehicles helped a great deal for us making a decision on which vehicle that was right for us. I would like to thank the rest of the Priority Chevy family for their hospitality and ensuring we were good and taken care of. The gentlemen who sealed the deal for us was awesome as well! Still trying to get in contact with them about this situation. I call every day, hoping that the company would hold to what they said. "I didn't have to take the car to anyone else, they would make sure that the car will be fixed and running." What if this was your mother, daughter, or son? I work hard for my money and taking care of my kid. My son should be able to have the life he deserves this incident has really put a hold on all of that. Took the dearest thing to my heart and that's providing for my son. I have all documentation also.
