Priority Honda Hampton

In Nov 2023 we purchased our 3rd Odyssey from Priority. We have owned an '03. a '13 and now a 2024. We have been Priority customers since July 2003. Although we closed the deal, it was not without conflict. 1) I asked for mud guards to be installed. Our previous Odyssey's came with mud guards installed by the dealer. I hoped to get the same service in 2023. But, to my amazement, they said "No" as there was no one at the dealership who could make that $117.00 decision ! Not the sales agent, the sales manager or the business manager! WOW! 2) When we were closing they offered me $3,500 for my trade. Then the business manager added $1,000 back into the purchase hoping I would not notice. I had to call him on it. Also, I strongly objected to the $900.00 processing fee. In short, we were treated without any consideration for our repeat business (More than 20 years!). If it were not for the free oil changes and free state inspections, I would not return to this dealership. In fact, I strongly recommend anyone buying from Priority reconsider. By the way, Priority Auto Group is now owned by a dealership conglomerate. I don't recall the name!

I spent several months searching for a new car and finally came across priority Honda in Hampton. I absolutely had a wonderful experience there due to Steve Hernandez sales personnel. He was kind understanding, and a great person to deal with. He found me the perfect car, which was a 2022 Honda HRV, other than the driving of the car and him explaining, what everything did in the car it didn’t take long for the paperwork and signing of the papers. The experience of walking out to my new car was fabulous. They rolled out the red carpet, put a big red bow on the car. The staff stood out there and applauded me.
