I was referred to Fabio and from the start it was the one fo the best sales experiences I've had in quite some time. He had me working with one of his best Brenden and he made the transition to purchasing another car seamless. There were a few things that needed to be fixed in the car, but they made it a point to make sure I followed up with them and reassured me everything would be taken care of at my convenience. Very professional and made me feel like I was part of the Al Hendrickson family with this purchase.

I came in to see a vehicle that was listed on line. I spoke to Tiana Gomez asked about the availability of this vehicle. She confirmed it was available. I hopped off the phone with her and got to the store 10 minutes later. Was greeted by Sales person, very pleasant to deal with. When I told him the car I came to look for, he said “ It just got sold”. If I had a dollar for every time I walked into a dealership and heard that…. However he showed me 2 vehicles with matched the specifications of what I wanted. From there everything was great, sales managers, finance manager all collaborated to ensure the process went with ease. I was so happy to drive off in my car. A few days later I get a message that I needed to return to the dealership. When I asked why, they said they forgot to give me a paper to sign. When I got there, they “forgot” to have me sign a CARFAX stating that I was informed that this vehicle had minor damages. Shame on me for not asking this question before hand, but this makes me feel manipulated. I know I’m just a raindrop to the sea, but for this I will never do business with this place again. Had it not been for the professionalism displayed by those I encountered, albeit deceptive in the end. I would have given this experience a 1star.
