Al Hendrickson Toyota

This dealership seems a bit unorganized and unprofessional. My mom chose to use this dealership due to its relationship with Costco. There was some type of discount that we received by coming specifically to this location. When I came to lease the car, I was not very impressed. However, when my lease was over and it was time to refinance, I wanted to give the dealership another try. This time around was unfortunately not any better.

I liked the service but was charged for $400 dollars for tints that I did not get, I was disappointed. Also,

Didn’t explain anything about the car features except for the car price( would be surprised if they even know about them). No explanation of any benefits package applied to the car purchase. Was told the benefits could be cancelled anytime turns out not all of them could be cancelled. Worst car buying experience ever. Not sure why the feedback is collected. I feel so sorry I bought the vehicle would never recommend the dealership to friends/colleagues/enemies 🙂

Dexter and Junior Charles were instrumental at helping me find the right car within my budget. I purchased a Toyota Camry XSE. The customer service I received from both gentlemen was unparalleled. After purchasing the vehicle, I downloaded the Toyota app. Junior Charles set everything up for me and explained in detail all the different aspects that can be controlled from the Toyota app such as, starting the car, locking the car, roadside assistance, and scheduling routine maintenance appointments. Dexter provided me with a list of YouTube safety videos to watch to help me get more familiar with my new vehicle. Dexter was a very personable gentleman. He sat with me while I waited to see the finance associate and got to know me on a personal level. I appreciated Dexter’s professionalism, customer service, and conversation. Dexter and Junior Charles were a pleasure to work with and made the purchasing process seamless for me.
