5 previous cars from AL. Mostly because of the personal service I get from Oscar Vizcarra. I give him 6 ⭐️’s Upset about 3% credit card, which Oscar explained to me. Ran a 40 million dollar business & credit card fees should be a cost of doing business.

My service advisor.

My service advisor. Oscar was very good, he assured me that the issue with my air conditioning would be taken care of. And was prompt and getting me a loaner car.

Came in for a 25,000 multi point inspection (no prior

Came in for a 25,000 multi point inspection (no prior issues with the car). They told me all they did was an oil change and top off fluids. I go to drive away and every single light is on on the dash board. Check engine light, break line, etc. The service manager told me they’d have to hold my car for two days and I’d have to get a rental car. They then proceeded to tell me it was nothing they did and it just so happened to occur when I was there (total xx).

Everything went just fine at the dealership.

Everything went just fine at the dealership. Mr. Cadet was polite and helpful. Mentioned some car issues (rust at cabin roof and vibration when breaking) to him and he was welcoming in saying that it could be taken care of in another opportunity when I had more time.
