The only reason I'm leaving a review for this place is because my wife took her vehicle in to have them check a front crash sensor and to work on a sunroof that they already know is an issue by the t. SB. I have never been so insulted and talked down to i feel like this place is a total scam. Moved around from one advisor to another. The service manager basically non-existent. They put grestains from the sunroof replacement and frame all inside the visor the headliner. And the front Driver seat and then to top it off. They say they don't have a detail place to try to clean it. How disrespectful? Service people beware of this place. They really don't want to help you. Hopefully, I'll get a survey from them. And from Ford, otherwise I'll be calling Ford. Myself . I could give this place a zero if i could.

Sold us a car with bad transmission
Fulton Ford sold us a car with a bad transmission. We had driven it fewer than 100 miles when the transmission went out. When we asked them to work with us to make this right -- splitting the cost of replacement 50/50 or buying the car back for less than we paid them for it, they gave us the run around and then eventually said the best they could do was replace the transmission for more $ than we could get it replaced elsewhere in the area. Do not buy a car from them.

fudged paperwork. Didn’t inform us that we had to pay tax title and license until a month later.. so driving truck illegally for a month. Only had one key for xxx truck. Can’t wait to hear what BBB. has to say about this xxxx show!!

DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE
WARNING - DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE. Unfortunately didn't read reviews on these crooks before buying a used SUV from them. We had to get the transmission rebuilt (over $2,800), oil pan gasket replaced (~$200), and it's going in the shop tomorrow to get an antifreeze leak fixed. When we bought the vehicle about 3 weeks ago, they said that the noise we heard during thet test drive was not the transmission, but a vibration coming from a heat shield (it was the transmission). They also said their mechanics look over all their used vehicles in detail before they sell them. Either their mechanics are completely incompetent, or they knew about the issues and still sold us a junk car. They wrote us a $500 check to put towards the repairs and told us to not write a bad review... I'm writing a review because it would be a disservice to the community to to tell others about this.

Christina, We wrote you a check as a good will effort to help offset the repairs to your vehicle with the 184,000 vehicle you purchased. This is what you said you needed to keep you satisfied and from posting negative reviews as you had threatened. We also offered to fix the noise you heard on the test drive or discount the vehicle $1500 originally. You chose to buy it AS IS and still we stood behind it and wrote you a check. So between the threats of a bad review when you had an issue and going back on your word, I hope the people who read this understand that a 2011 Rav 4 bought with 184,000 miles that was sold AS IS will have problems. Unfortunately we are unable to predict the future and tell whether that will be the next day or 3 years down the road. AS IS does mean AS IS. When someone agrees to those terms and still the dealer stands behind it and agrees to help you then I do not understand how that dealer deserves a 1 Star review in your mind let alone to accuse them of being crooks.

Edge Repair - Throttle Body
Nice facility and friendly personnel. Had to have throttle body replaced due to loss of power while driving. More electronic/computer problems have surfaced so will be taking it back for more warranty work.
