I had my 2024 Kia Seltos in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the service advisor Niccole Gassert.

It was a rainy afternoon and therefore we had to take our time get into the dealership. No one rushed us to make a decision. The staff was courteous and patient we would definitely come back.

I have to say I'm quite disappointed with this dealership. My husband and I visited this dealership over the weekend late in the day, we were told they would work on numbers and get back to us on Monday and today is Wednesday and we've heard nothing. Time to go shopping elsewhere. It seems they don't budge on the numbers on their cars. It's a shame I liked the salesperson and sales manager, until they never followed up with even a counter offer or a a courtesy of we can't help you. If i could have the option of putting no stars I would have. Disappointed customer

Excellent experience at Moyer Kia when our 2021 Soul needed recall work. We are planning on returning for service work in the future.
