Service scheduling was excellent and followup reminders

Service scheduling was excellent and followup reminders of the date abd time were much appreciated. Vehicle Checkin and Checkout were efficient and informative. Explanation of service to be performed was thorough and easily understood. Service performed, action taken and explanation of the actions was presented in a professional manner and easily understood. Both the Service Adviser and Technician were courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in answering questions and concerns. Customer Waiting Area/Lounge was comfortable and well designed. Moyer KIA of Lebanon is highly recommended.
