I had a great experience working with Angel when buying my 2015 GMC Savana van. He was honest, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. He answered all my questions, made the process smooth and stress-free, and never made me feel pressured. The van was exactly what I was looking for, and I’m really happy with the purchase. Angel was fantastic! This is my third purchase at ClearShift Loveland. Angel answered all my questions, didn’t push the sale and gave me time without pressure to make decisions. He was available over the phone after the sale when I needed it. Overall I would recommend him and the dealer for your future purchase.

If you’re looking for a good, honest place to buy a vehicle, I can’t recommend this company enough. From the start, everything was simple, clear-cut, and completely hassle-free—which is such a blessing these days. Michael was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. What meant the most to our family was the faith-based heart behind everything—they’re a Christian company, and the fact they place a Bible in every vehicle just speaks volumes about who they are. Even a month after our purchase, when I showed up needing help with my key fob and to grab a car jack I hadn’t picked up earlier, Michael didn’t hesitate one bit. He made sure everything was handled and that I left taken care of, just like day one. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine service and integrity anymore. We’re beyond grateful and would absolutely do business with them again. If you want people who treat you right and stand by what they do, this is the place. I recommend asking for Michael Lavrenz as your sales person, great young man, very genuine 🤍

First off I would like to say thank you so much to Graham and Joey! I ended up purchasing a Mercedes from Clearshift after finding it on car gurus. This was my first out of state purchase of a vehicle. Normally when you are dealing with people in the car industry you’re always wondering what is the catch. With extremely well done work by Graham and Joey I was able to purchase my vehicle from Colorado and with the way they worked there was no catch. The process was very straight forward and they were there to answer every question along the way. Having dealt with terrible car situations in the past I can honestly say these guys restored my faith in honest dealerships out there. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Again thank you to Graham, Joey, and the Clearshift team.

My salesperson quit working at this dealership after I signed for my new vehicle so communication was spotty. Also had service issues afterwards and the service group was helpful but I’m still having issues with the radio. They offered for me to bring it back a 4th time but I don’t have unlimited time to run back and forth.

The leaf springs were failed on the rear of the 19 Tacoma I bought from them. I spoke with Joey the sales manager about this issue. We came to an agreement as to the solution. I received a check for $250 towards the repair. However, I feel that the broken leaf springs should have been repaired before the Tacoma was placed up for re-sell.
