They insistently recommended services that, according to the manufacturer, weren't due until much later, yet they failed to perform a necessary tire rotation. Furthermore, I arrived on a Saturday with a malfunctioning smart cruise control radar, but they refused to even look at it because it was the weekend, forcing me to come back another time. When I returned, they fixed it, but as soon as I drove away, the error message reappeared, so I had to go back. It turned out the unit needed replacing. They replaced it a few days later, but when I picked up the car, I noticed the bumper had come loose—even though it had been fine before. I asked them to snap it back into place, but they claimed they hadn't removed it and refused to fix it; I ended up snapping it back in myself. I go to the service center to get my problems solved, not to be scammed out of money or have them do only what is convenient for them.

I take my Kia Sorento to Northstar Kia since I live in NY. Every time I have the service on time, not too long waiting and everything is explained to me before it’s done. Thank you

I was greeted by David as I walked in. Told him I was given an out the door quote on a particular vehicle. We worked on the numbers a little more. We made a deal when we reached an agreement on said vehicle.
