We purchased a 2007 Jeep on 6/7/2025 from them for$6300 plus tax, title, other forms. The next day I was setting up my file and making a copy of the ad on Marketplace and their ad read "6300 that includes tax title and a 45 day temp tag". I called back and talked to Dalton and was told that they only made $180.00 on the Jeep and they could not eat the $491.40 + $20.00 for title fee . His alternative was to take the Jeep back and I told him no, that we had filled the gas tank, and my husband had spent all day Friday installing rails for me to get into the Jeep. No other option was available. I went back to marketplace to make a copy of the ad and they have deleted everything but that the Jeep was "Sold". In addition, Scott is no longer on messenger. However, before they deleted the ad, I had already cut and pasted the ad to Microsoft Word. I also completed a form on Alpha Auto Group and they haven't responded. I don't believe that they will respond, so if they don't respond, I'm not finished, i'm reporting them to Marketplace, credit card company, Yelp and anywhere else that I can.

I bought a car on December 13th, 2011 Scion XD, the car is nice, the price was not bad! From that perspective I have no complaints, however it's gone down hill from there, I reached out via voice mail twice no response until three days later, I got a text, called again to ask about title, no response, finally after 39 days I talked to someone on the phone, he was rude and short with me. I get another text with my name spelled wrong as well as my address! Wrong State. I kept my calls and text, I was polite up until the text stating I was being childish. That was the last straw, contacting Ohio AG tomorrow it's been 40 days which is state law to receive my title. A word of advice to the owner, you should be respectful through out the sale! I would have been very understanding if this guy showed just a little bit of respect! Again good car, fair price! Rude horrible attitude and poor service after they got my $4300 cash deal.. so if I get a response on here with something other than an apology. I can post my text as well as my phone calls being more than polite about the title. I took several of the company cards and would have been happy to recommend the business! At this point that ship has sailed. Sad it came to me writing a bad review, when if I got treated with any kind of courteousness the review would have been all positive feedback.
