I dread car shopping, but the team at FC Motors made it easy and stress-free, the entire process was quick and painless. From the test drive to signing the papers, it was the most seamless car-buying experience I've ever had. The sales manager Matt was most accommodating even when our transportation to the shop fell through he sent a car down to meet us at the train station that brought us to the dealership. The entire staff from Mike our capable driver to Brandon the service director who answered all of our service related questions. Overall we couldn't have been more pleased with the transaction. Going forward I would not hesitate to recommend FC Motors for a great vehicle at a reasonable price.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus Electric from FC Motors in New Hampshire for $6,685, and it has been a nightmare. The salesman, Matt Lewis, assured me the car would be fully charged and ready to go, but it died after just 5 miles and had to be towed. After charging for 5 hours, it only made it 20 more miles before dying again. The dealership claimed their technician inspected the battery and said it was fine. However, I have a voice recording of them admitting they hired their own technician, whose findings were completely false. A Ford-certified technician later confirmed both batteries were faulty and needed replacement—costing over $30,000. I paid for a $7,000 car with a $30,000 problem and was misled about its condition. FC Motors sold me a defective vehicle, failed to disclose critical issues, and provided false information about its safety and reliability. I believe this was deceptive and unfair, and I’m seeking a full refund or coverage of repair costs. Buyers beware—don’t trust this dealership!

Beware, I had a terrible experience at this dealership. Bought what appeared to be a nice car there, low mileage, but bad on me for not getting a pre-sale inspection. Immediately the next day after getting it home found a puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway. There is 0 chance they were not aware, my driveway is covered in spots from parking this car. Trying to invoke the warranty and was told that gaskets were not covered under the 90 day labor warranty and the estimate was 10 hours of labor but could be more because the mechanic said he didn't have the book for a Mitsubishi. Further, I did take it to the dealership in my area for state inspection even though FC Motors offered to put a sticker on it. The car did pass inspection, but I was told they had seen this car before I bought it. They said they told FC Motors that the engine had been replaced and the transmission had been broken by someone working on it and the Mitsubishi dealership recommended almost 12k in repairs and said the manufacturer's warranty was void even though there were only 39k miles on the car. Got another opinion from a trusted mechanic and they said there was no way this car was not in a major accident (now I know why FC Motors said they don't do car fax reports when I asked). The entire engine had been replaced and the connection to the transmission was "torqued" and that was what the leak was. All of this was discussed over 3 months, and then just after the 90 day warranty expired the car started overheating. Sold it for a loss, cost of a lesson on my part to always get a pre-sale inspection, but overall I get the feeling they knew this car had more issues when they sold it. To buy a car for 10,500 and then be told by the dealer it needed 12k of work was very disheartening. I could not trust the car to send my son to college in, horrible experience.
