Everybody was very welcoming. They greeted us as soon as we got there and got us help. Then we met with Antonio and he was the best, he got us what we truly wanted. We will be returning for our future car purchases!!

Our vehicle did not receive servicing before our purchase, which my wife and I did not find out about until we arrived back home in Hollister, MO. This necessitated another trip to the dealership to get the servicing performed later that week. If the servicing had been done, we would not have been out the additional trip time and expenses to get it done a week after our purchase. Overall, we still consider the buying experience a good one though. Dallas, the Service Advisor, did an excellent job in correcting the situation for us. Kudos to Dallas!

This experience has been a rollercoaster but in a great way. Went in knowing the car I wanted and Derrick was so kind and helpful. My 2023 Hyundai Tucson had just gotten on the lot so we had to wait for the UVI to be done and a few things to get fixed. We were offered a loaner vehicle (which we didn’t need but was so appreciated) and Derrick made sure to keep us updated on the status of the vehicle. My two young kids accompanied myself and my husband and everyone was so kind and patient with our sleepy kiddos. The process was smooth and I am so in love with my mom car. I highly recommend Patriot and Derrick if you are needing a new vehicle. They will take great care of you!
