STAY AWAY!! PLEASE READ: This was the worst experience I’ve had with any dealerships. These people are dishonest. If you don’t want to waste time and money, I advise you to find a different dealer. I drove 4 hrs from out of town just to meet with Stephanie (sales rep I’d been talking to) regarding a 2023 suburban premier. Before I went to this dealership I had multiple conversations with Stephanie and we had agreed on a 50k out the door price. I asked her multiple times on the phone to confirm that 50k out the door was the agreeable number which she confirmed it was. Upon arriving to karma dealership Stephanie took me for a test drive. She then took my info and tried to rush me to the bank to get money for the down payment- when I asked to see the final price of the vehicle on paper, her manager, Tiffany came and told me they couldn’t do 50k even though that was the agreement. The price was now 59k. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and these people.

I just purchased a Dodge Charger with Daryelis. She was very professional and provided me with highly detailed information about my deal. She answered all my questions and also gave solutions to all problems I thought I may have in the hypothetical sense. The experience was very helpful and her expertise were exceptional. Purchase price listed at $17,876, however, that's not the price. They add on roughly $9,000 of fees, in addition to the $899 documentation fee. I almost traveled eight hour to purchase the vehicle when I realized it was a bait and switch. In the end they best they would offer was $23,601 or $5,725 over the listed price of $17,876.

Just look them up on BBB and formulate your own opinion from there. Wish I did better homework before wasting time with them trying to hustle me with fake fees. Spoiler alert - they are not an accredited BBB business.

Poor communication after the first contact. Multiple sales personnel had little or no info. Main mission seemed to be to get me to come to dealership….

Miles made me feel like he wasn’t selling me a car but helping me buy my Benz C300. He was knowledgeable of the car and made my mom and I have a good buying experience.
