We were really pleased with our experience with Robert Johnson. He listened to us and made recommendations about options to address our problems. The work was done in the timeframe they indicated it would likely take. I think the biggest improvement with Southern Ford service in the last year has been in your communication. A year or more ago it was very difficult to get anybody on the phone and it was very frustrating to try to use Southern Ford for service. This is different from the large truck service center that you have. I've been very pleased with them. So we will continue to use Southern Ford.

I brought my truck in since the check engine light was on and Jonathan was nice and professional the entire time. Got me taken care of quickly and updated the software on my truck.

My vehicle was acting up, thought it might be in the transmission. I stopped by and described what was going on to Stephanie and she said it sounded like that and scheduled my truck to be looked at. She also checked and saw I had paid for extended warranty so if it came back it was the transmission it would be turned in to the warranty. Which it was and everything got fixed alot quicker than I expected. So great job!!!
