I will never use this dealership ever again. They didn't tighten my lug nuts which I lost two of them. I drove from Newport News to Portsmouth and back with the rear wheels about to fall off. They tore a part my whole rear end to replace pinion bearings.

I came in for a simple oil change and it took well over 2 hours. Then I got in my vehicle and there was oil on my center console that I had to rub off. That's unacceptable

I have been satisfied with dealing with Southern since I purchased the truck. Everyone has been polite and helpful.
