Dealership was clean and comfortable, only downfall was a mix up on final detailing of my van at pick up. They had a week between scheduling the pick up and actually picking it up. Van was dirty and had lots of sticker residue.

Buying my car from Southern Ford was the absolute best decision. Owning an EV comes with a lot of anxiety, especially a new one off the lot. After owning my Lightning for a year and 20,000 miles later, the team at Southern has been extremely helpful. As a bonus, they do mobile services and valet service, so I rarely have to go to the dealership.

Made numerous attempts to get in contact with a Service Representative to schedule my Oil Change but was met with a Voicemail box each time. Left a callback number with a reason for my call but never received a call back. Have had my vehicle serviced at this facility once before, everything went smooth, it’s unfortunate I can’t say the same for this time around.
