Actually we thought our Explorer would be in service for several days but everything was accomplished in day and we were able to pickup or vehicle the next day. Well pleased in all respects of our service appointment on 15 June 2026.

I had to wait 2 hours for the recall, but the time went by fast. Can't complain. Coffee was readily available, and the chairs were comfortable. Alicia was great! She has helped me before in the past with Ford issues.
