Saw a truck on Facebook. Everything looked good. Price was posted. Messaged seller to confirm availability. Responded with a number to call. I spoke to someone over the phone several times. Confirmed price was accurate and it was available. Drove 3 hrs. Person I spoke was nowhere to be found. Someone else showed me the truck. No new tires, no gas, new battery dead. Rusty. No way to test drive the truck. Then after all that I wanted to negotiate price since not as advertised. Then the price more than doubled! BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!

****SCAMMERS**** CAR ONE USA, in West Park, Miami, FL, is a SCAM, and all of the employees know it. Bait-and-switch with several posts on the web. We contacted them for a car posted on Facebook via a seller; after further review, the same car was being posted by several other sellers. After contact, we drove down 3 hours to their lot to vie the car, we check the car and tried to run a Car scanner, 2 hours of troubleshooting, we could not get the car scanner to get any codes. While my son was working on getting the codes, we walked in to talk about the price of the car; what we were quoted was not what was in the Facebook post. I told them that I had cash, as the car was not that expensive, and it was for my college-bound son who was outside trying to get the codes. The finance person said that the price quoted was for internal Finance and included the price of the car and taxes. I said OK, I could go through Finance way as long as it is a Florida Credit union or Bank; they ran our credit, and instantly we were approved. The owner, finance, and salesperson were in the office and looking at numbers. Once they called us in, the finance person showed us a picture on his phone off someone else paperwork for the same car, with them paying more that 2K for the car and that we needed to pay the same amount to get the car. I was baffled, as we have been going back and forth with the salesperson, looking at the car, driving it, and going over it, along with a Carfax. I was upset as they tried to pull a “Bait and Switch” on my son, as he was the one who wanted the car, and we told them that we were interested in it as his first car. Not one of the salespeople made eye contact, and some walked outside. I walked out to inform my son that we needed to leave and that they never wanted to sell the car. He was heartbroken as he thought that we were going to purchase the car. I don’t understand how, this business could still be running, my partner saw other customers going through the same thing in Spanish, but could not make out what they were upset about.

This is a straight up scam shop I drove for over an hour to go see a car that was confirmed to be there by Luis did you show up and have the card not be there at all not even be for sale This is a complete bate and switch. They think that by having you on site with false advertisement. They will be able to get you to look at other vehicles. During the time that I was there, there was about three other people arguing with staff members about raised and unexpected fees I plan on suing for emotional distress and false advertisement I’m truly traumatized and fear. I’ll never be able to visit another dealership again.

I wish I could leave negative stars. Run! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Avoid at ALL costs. Worst "professionals" I have EVER dealt with. Bait and switch, misleading, manipulative, unresponsive (can't emphasize this enough), unethical, and absolutely terrible to see them take advantage of people day after day. Wild that a place like this can operate legally they way they do.

Save your time and nerves and money! these people are CROOKS! SCAMMERS! They lie about everything, cars, mileage, price, availability... Too bad I can't give zero stars!
