Friendly dealership. This is our 6th Nissan purchased here. Fair negotiations. My only complaint is regarding the number of surveys Nissan expects their customers to complete.

Overall experience was good. We were there for awhile to purchase vehicle. I felt like we should have been given bottle water or something while waiting. Only offered water from the water cooler. I've never understood what takes so long to purchase a vehicle. After you have completed the app and they have checked your credit we still had another 2-3 hours before we left. I know this isn't a luxury dealership but I just expected a little faster service and simple courtesy water or snacks when you wait so long. The price of the vehicle was fair. Mr. Kim in finance was easy to work with and he moved fast...once we got to him. It was raining really heavy that day so they didn't detail the car that well. Even the inside was just ok. I had to really clean it myself.

Really went above and beyond for me. Made me feel right at home customer service was excellent great deal great price. I am a sutherlin customer for life!

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue and fell in love with it. However, they didn't disclose the huge scratch they covered with black cover-up paint or the fact this was a rental car until they sent me the car fax AFTER I purchased it. NOT COOL. The huge scratch isn't noticeable to the eye far away but when you look closely to the trim it doesn't look good. Let my sales person know and he stated he was going to reach out to the paint person but no guarantee they would fix it. My 1st service experience was amazing though. I got in and out within an hour.
