Two years ago I purchased a car from the dealership and had an awesome experience with Salesman Vinny Tran. Yesterday I returned to the dealership to purchase another car and had another awesome experience their with Salesperson Nesrin Sabbagh. We were greeted by her in the parking lot as soon as my daughter and I pulled on the lot. Nesrin greeted us with a warm smile and even though they were keeping safe distance and wearing gloves due to the Corona Virus made us fill welcomed. During the whole experience she explained the process and made sure to guide us in the process. Thanks to Nesrin I now have two favorite salesperson at Sutherlin Nissan. Curt Pierce in the finance department rocks as well. Great experience with him going out of his way to provide the best financial option and Gap insurance. Sutherlin is definitely where I will continue to shop for my cars. Great staff, great dealership. Highly recommended. Thank you all!

They couldn’t find my appointment that my husband made over the phone the day before and they kept looking for it and saying we can’t find it!! Stuart was so professional, he jumped in and took care of it and told my husband it will be done in no time. He delivered what he promised. Another thing is that they didn’t offer an exterior car wash although their website mentions that!!

We love Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia. We have purchased vehicles there and try to use them for service. It is a short drive from Gainesville Ga., and well worth bypassing the Nissan dealer in Gainesville. Sutherlin Nissan has professional employees, competent mechanics, a clean facility and is welcoming and appreciative of your business. Some other dealers make you think they are doing you a favor by being open when there are plenty of dealers to choose from. For that reason, we choose Sutherlin Nissan.
