I live four hours away and Juan made my experience as if I lived around the corner. Everything thing was ready when I got to the dealership. Definitely a smooth and wonderful experience. Keep up the good work

Don't ever buy a car from this place. They sold me a car that till today can't pass inspection and have not yet tried to help me with the issue. They sold me a car with bad catalytic converters that won't allow the car to pass inspection. I've taken the car to numerous dealerships for a diagnostic and they all say the same thing. It has bad catalytic converters. I've reached out to the manager Jordan and he has been zero help and just tells me the car needs a drive cycle to clear codes. Do yourself the favor and avoid this dealership. I basically just lost over 30k on them buying a car that I'm paying for that I can't even drive. Thanks for nothing Aston Martin Summit.

The staff greeted me with kindness and respect. They were clear and transparent and very accommodating. I greatly recommend their services . They are an authorized buyer for auto nation and treated me with respect as a seller .

I have purchased vehicles in 6 different countries, and this is without doubt, the worst experience from any dealership I have ever dealt with They could not secure a loan with BOA for me (yet I managed to do it within 15 minutes online) And to confirm - my credit rating is around 780 Despite taking the vehicle home, they spent weeks going back and forward asking for more and more documentation all of which was provided - DL, Social Security card, Utility bills, passport, tax bill, mortgage statement, my Insurance binder for the vehicle, to name just a few They then threatened me that if I did not send further documentation, they wanted the vehicle returned to them within 48 hours.............even though by that time, I had "owned" it for almost 2 weeks Eventually, I paid 100% cash for the vehicle as it was simply too painful to deal with them any further EVEN THOUGH I PAID 100% CASH - I THEN RECEIVED THE TITLE WITH A LIEN REGISTERED AGAINST ME FOR THE VEHICLE!! I am now trying to obtain a clean title, as there was NEVER a loan on the vehicle and a LIEN should NOT be recorded against the vehicle.............and for some reason, this appears to be more difficult than it should be Maybe if I had been spending more the service would have been better Terrible customer service from start to finish

This place is great from start to finish. The sales team is low pressure, top notch. Friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. The service team is the best ever. Great communication, speedy work. Very up front about costs.

Aston Martin Service in Summit, NJ was great. It was so convenient and efficient. They picked up the vehicle when I was unable to take to the service center and provided great service. Patrick coordinated and took care of everything from start to finish. problem was immediately resolved.
