FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. APPROACHED THE DEALERSHIP THROUGH THEIR INTERNET INTEREST SUBMISSION FORM. Does not offer a 72 month financing loan. I was ready to purchase a used vehicle and had $10,000 cash down payment and they would not offer a 72 month loan on a used Honda Accord which would have decreased my payments by over $100 dollars a month. Clearly not a dealership that wants to actually sell vehicles. Several other Honda dealerships offer a 72 month loan, and I also have a vehicle already paid off through American Honda Finance Corporation so the finance manager seems a little unreasonable. FOUND A CAR ON CARVANA, NO HASSLE, JUST MONTHLY PAYMENT, DOWN PAYMENT, AND WILL DELIVER MY VEHICLE TO MY ADDRESS.

I stop by to see if there were any service apt available
I stop by to see if there were any service apt available on MLK day and luckily there was. I was met at my car door check d in and told it would be an hour. 45 minutes later I was on my way.

Very disappointed in Hill Country Honda's finance
Very disappointed in Hill Country Honda's finance individual. This individual added unwanted warranties to my contract that I did not want. BE VERY CAREFUL of this particular finance person for future potential buyers. I have been trying to cancel these warranties for 4 months now and the cancellation requests have been ignored by this finance individual.

Hello, My major disappointment with Hill Country Honda Dealership is with the Sales contract created by Reymundo Hernandez, Hill Country Honda Finance individual. The Sales Contract has several major discrepancies entered in it. Page 2, Line Item 1 should be (sales tax plus "Advertised Purchase price for 2024 Honda Accord) $31,352.13. Rey Hernandez entered $37,653.13 on Line Item 1, Page 2. Line Item 3, Page 2 should be $31,102.13 ($31,352.13 minus Military Discount and minus trade in for 2007 Honda Accord; $31,352.13 - $1250.00 = $31,102.13). Rey Hernandez entered $36,403.13 in the contract, Line Item 3, Page 2. Rey Hernandez also added $7900.00 in warranties that I did not agree to. With the erroneous dollar amounts on Line Items 1, 2 & 3 on Page 2, plus the $7900.00 in warranties put the total amount due for this 2024 Honda Accord at $44,802.38 with a monthly payment of $897.08. I am still waiting for Hill Country Honda to send my Tire and Wheel Warranty Cancellation Refund to HONDA FINANCIAL SERVICES. I can send you the contract so you can see the discrepancies. Thank you. I want to advise potential car buyers to exercise caution
I want to advise potential car buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this particular dealership due to our negative experience. In August 2023, we purchased a new 2024 Honda CR-V from this dealership. During the purchase process, we were persuaded to buy Warranty and Gap insurance for $2500 and $500, respectively. Shortly after, we decided to cancel both policies and requested a refund on the second day. After considerable effort, we received a refund of $440 for the Gap Insurance, instead of the full $500, after 3-4 months. Despite numerous attempts to obtain a refund for the Warranty Insurance, we only learned in March 2024 that the warranty company had sent a refund check to the dealership on October 1, 2023. The dealership withheld this information and the check, despite our repeated contact. We finally received the refund in late March 2024, after more than 7 months.
