Erin was my service writer and she does a terrific job

Erin was my service writer and she does a terrific job of helping the guests that come in through the service lane. She listens and is helpful and will let you know what is going on.

Poor communication.

Poor communication. I had to initiate every phone call interaction with them regarding work on my vehicle even to find out that the work was going to be delayed a full work day from scheduled appointment.

The “loaner” program of 75 miles per day & .

The “loaner” program of 75 miles per day & .50 cent per mile thereafter is unreasonable. I was unable to commute from my residence to work and back. I had a similar experience at a different dealership & they waived a similar policy and were great to deal with & listened to the customer. NOT Napleton, I spoke to the Service Manager and shared my concern, I was answered with “I can look into it but nothing will likely change” I was never contacted by the manager again. I will not return to a Napleton facility or ever recommend one, very poor customer support/care
