They are prompt with their service.

They are prompt with their service. Their concierge service was much appreciated. They also found an alignment issue and fixed that. I had driven over rough terrain the weekend before. I will consider them for the purchase of my next vehicle bc their service department is so good.

Dealing with Napleton in Columbus was a joy!

Dealing with Napleton in Columbus was a joy! Erin knew what she was doing and what needed to be. She offered valet service which was really appreciated as we had other appointments that day. Everything was done. I will be using them again for servicing my Lincoln. An outstanding dealership!!!!

My wait time was 1:45 for an oil change and multi point

My wait time was 1:45 for an oil change and multi point inspection and then they came out to tell me that there was other thing wrong and then I had to wait another 20 minutes before they came out to tell me there ready. I’ve been going there for over 5 years with both our vehicles and it keeps getting longer and longer for service.
