Good experience with sales and service.

Good experience with sales and service. Have 2 Outbacks now and will consider another Subaru when it is time to trade our older one.

Jeff Young is a great salesman.

Jeff Young is a great salesman. I have gotten 3 Subaru's from him. He is very knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. Jeff is very easy to work with. Colby Craig was great to deal with also. He explained all the paperwork very well & was very personable.

Service Department was great. Took care of all my scheduled and additional issues and had me out in a very timely manner, when I had a time crunch. Much appreciated.

The issue with my vehicle was diagnosed correctly the

The issue with my vehicle was diagnosed correctly the first time and the repair was completed when the said it would be. I have no issue with the service staff, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. What I do have a small issue with is the diagnostic fee. I can understand being charged such a fee if I took my vehicle in with an issue, they diagnosed the problem, then I decided not to have the repair done. But in the cases where I do decide to have the repair completed at their facility they should consider greatly reducing the diagnostic fee or eliminating it all together. Just my thought on the subject.

I was able to drop my car off and get what I needed out

I was able to drop my car off and get what I needed out of it inside the garage. I was chilly out so I was thankful that they let me do that with a small child.

Kenzie Hughes was great!

Kenzie Hughes was great! Very happy and polite personality and very professional. One of the few times I've been to any dealership and didn't get a notice of all the work "I needed done"?? The technician did list some things recommended and she pointed them out (which is fine), but absolutely no pressure of any kind to schedule the items. I've been a mechanic for many, many years and fully realize what "Needs" o be done versus "What dealer recommends". I much appreciated Kenzie's response to that and I would rate her as one of your very BEST! (PS, Thank you for the car wash too!!) Michael Shepperd Merry Christmas to you and your staff!
