Excellent experience! Doug our salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. This was our third dealership we shopped at and I would recommend highly recommend compared to other local Jeep dealers in area!

This was a purchase for my daughter, so we were looking at lots of different cars from multiple dealerships and this dealership happened to be local, so we wanted to check them out. I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership before, so was apprehensive about giving them a shot. Once at the dealership, we were approached by Michael and he was very pleasant to deal with. He understood our situation and was able to meet our needs. Although the process seemed to take forever, in the end we were very satisfied with the transaction. I will definitely add them to my list of dealerships to check out the next time we are shopping for a vehicle. And the lifetime power train warranty is a fantastic selling point!

I have done business with this dealership for many years and have always found it a pleasure to work with them on a vehicle that is both affordable and fits my requirements. This time around I found the vehicle I wanted but when it came to dollars and cents we were far apart. Both Michael and Ron the Sales Manager worked the numbers very hard. At each step I was met with a thorough accounting of what it would take to make this deal work and even some advice about coming back when the numbers would favor what I was looking to get to in the level of vehicle I desired. Michael was great and when it looked like we going to head home empty handed he even offered to wash my truck in appreciation for coming down all the way from the Midcoast. While he was washing my truck it gave my wife and myself some time to consider one last proposal based on the earlier offerings. We asked for one last check with Ron and much to our pleasure he came back with a figure that worked for all of us. Through this whole experience we were met with smiles and respect. "You can buy a car anywhere, but you might not have great service". From my first entrance to exit I have not been any happier then my experience with Southern Maine Jeep. My salesperson was Tammy. Wow I bought two cars from her in a months time. My first vehicle unfortunately was totaled. I did not hesitate to go back and now I'm driving a Cherokee and very happy. She answered my question and showed me my new vehicle. inside and out. She even called me to make sure I'm ok after my accident. Honestly it was like I've known her for years. Great person and wonderful service. The financial person was nice too, and answered my questions. Tammy even scheduled and intruced me to the service department. Now if the Service Department is like my experience so far then I would definitely do business again.

I contacted Ethan about a Jeep at this dealership. He was professional and quick in responding to my inquiry and many questions. I had all of the information needed to make an informed purchase decision. I flew in from Ohio the next day and purchased the vehicle. Throughout the process there were no surprises or pressure sales tactics. Upon my visit multiple dealership employees greeted me and offered their appreciation for my business. Upon completing the paperwork I drove almost 900 miles home. The vehicle was as described, and Ethan had the vehicle fluids checked to make sure it was ready for the journey home. This was truly a “no-stress, no pressure” process. My experience was the epitome of what the car buying process should be.
