In my lifetime I have purchased more than a dozen new vehicles and just as many used vehicles from dealers. This is the only time I have had such aggravation from any dealer. They replaced the passenger side mirror with one that was a different style, did not fit the same and had different wiring which caused it to not operate correctly. It must have been very obvious to the mechanic that it was the wrong mirror, but installed it anyway. I have made almost a dozen phone calls to resolve my issue and in almost every case, no one has called me back which appears to be the policy of this company. I called, sent emails and texts to the salesperson, service managers and operations department. It seems that once they have your money, they have no further interest in dealing with you. Now I am forced to purchase the correct mirror myself and have it installed. In addition to the mirror issue, when I received the vehicle there were several other issues. One of the key fobs they gave me did not work. The seats were just filthy. Garbage, old license plate covers and pipes were left in the truck bed, the wheels were not cleaned plus other issues. This is their way of "detailing the car" as the salesman told me. If you like to be ignored after giving your hard earned money to a dealer, then this is the place for you. Otherwise run as far away as you can.

I can't recommend service at this dealership. Had original breaks changed at 138k. I always have them check "all" the fluids because there regular doesn't include checking transmission fluid. My transmission died at 140k and they said transmission fluid looked dark, burnt and dirty. Now you tell me? Did the fluid look burnt and dirty at 138k when I got my breaks done? The answer is, they haven't been checking it at my request. $7,000 for a new transmission. I'm sorry, but this dealership lost my business permanently!! Chevy will be losing my business as well. Beware of this place!! Please go elsewhere. Brian H --2017 chevy silverado crew cab z71.

I spent 2 weeks working with them to arrange a remote purchase of a truck they had with very specific options I wanted. Responses to texts/emails with sales staff was slow and they were usually unavailable when I called. I sent a $1000 deposit and booked flights and hotel rooms for my wife to fly and me to drive our trade 1100 miles there and back. The deal was supposed to take place on a Saturday, but on that Wednesday Team's corporate customer service manager Scott called and said the truck had been sold the day before. Needless to say I was devastated, but Scott said they would reimburse the one hotel booking I could not get refunded.
