Crown could not ask for a better representative than Kyle. He made the difference in us driving off the lot in our new Grenadier. The experience was relaxed, informative, and enjoyable. This is our second experience with a Crown dealership and we were not disappointed. We would highly recommend looking at the Crown family when purchasing a vehicle. Well worth the investment.

From my very first interaction with Marcus at Crown INEOS, the experience was absolutely seamless. He went above and beyond to make the entire process easy, transparent, and enjoyable — from the first call to the moment I drove off the lot. I actually chose to drive over 3 hours (passing a dealer just 1.5 hours away) because Marcus was that good. The difference between Crown INEOS and Holman in Fort Lauderdale was night and day. Crown’s service, professionalism, and overall customer experience were exceptional. I’ll be recommending Marcus and the Crown INEOS team to everyone. Jim was awesome! When researching the vehicle he called us and offered to meet us closer to our home in Naples. Negotiating pricing was quick, transparent and fair. Ultimately , he delivered the truck to our home and spent time explaining the features and controls to wife and I. He really went above and beyond.
