Crown Ineos Grenadier

Taking our car to Crown Ineos and dealing with Evan Doel was super easy and stress free. His service was excellent and we will keep taking our Ineos for future services.

We contacted Marcus on the phone on a vehicle we saw online. We live in Kentucky so we needed more help than the typical customer. He was extremely helpful between the price negotiations to we wanted the vehicle windows tinted. Always was available and kept us informed of everything. He even came out on his day off just to meet us and to make sure that when we picked up the vehicle everything went smooth. If you want a honest, not pushy with great vehicles. Come checkout Marcus and his team. Well worth it.

This review is for the service department as I’ve already left a 5 star review for sales. Evan in service does a great job on our 2024 Grenadier. Very nice and professional. Really knows his stuff. Deep knowledge. Evan always over delivers. Evan takes away the angst of owning a car from a new manufacturer. We’ve owned BMW’s, Range Rovers, Cadillacs and Audis…Crown Audi and Crown Ineos in St Pete have outshined them all. Thanks Evan! We appreciate you!

In an economy where you think superior customer service would be the standard everywhere, it unfortunately is NOT. But my experience at Crown, working with Marcus Rogers was EXCEPTIONAL!. I saw a truck that caught my eye when shopping online, it was at Jim’s lot so I gave him a call, within 48 hours my new truck was DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE hours away from his dealership. He handled everything professionally and was so great about communicating with me with any questions I might’ve had, buying a new car or truck is supposed to be a fun/exciting experience and if you’re working with Jim, it is!!!!!!!!!!!

Also was given a trade-in value that exceeded my expectations. Marcus was able to get me all of my information over the phone that I needed and schedule time for me to come in, making the process a lot smoother. Where as the sales service at the Ineos division was less that stellar, we ended up purchasing our Ineos at a different dealership. Be that as it may, we are having our Ineos Grenadier services at the Crown service center. The service center is managed by Evan Doel and i wish to mention that Evan has be very helpful and knowledgeable about the Ineos to the extend the Ineos organization itself has allowed Evan to be. Buying a brand new designed car allways create some issues that needs addressing, and our Ineos is no exception, Evan had been very helpful in solving the minor flaws we have encountered with our Grenadier. Jim did a great job start to finish. This was the first time we purchased a car remotely, which we never imagined possible. We had a lot of questions and concerns. Jim addressed all of them promptly and professionally. If he didn’t have an answer, he’d look into and figure it out. Great guy. I’d recommend Jim 100%. He know the Ineos extremely well.
