Jim did a great job start to finish. This was the first time we purchased a car remotely, which we never imagined possible. We had a lot of questions and concerns. Jim addressed all of them promptly and professionally. If he didn’t have an answer, he’d look into and figure it out. Great guy. I’d recommend Jim 100%. He know the Ineos extremely well. You will not be disappointed.

Their courteous, patience, diligence and immense wealth of informaton (that addressed my questions and concerns) helped greatly make my decision to secure the Fieldmaster! Even while on the road back to my home (a good 136 miles with very heavy downpour all the way home), they were still available to explain and guide me further regarding the vehicle's instrument cluster (its manipulation) and the meaning of each symbol as they appeared.
