Very helpful and welcoming as soon as I went in. Answered all my questions and was accommodating. All in all a very smooth and pleasant car buying experience.

We worked with Kameran, he was excellent to work with. I liked how he gave us the space to discuss amongst ourselves and when we needed him, he answered every question professionally and without bias. I never got the "pushy" or "shady" vibe from him. He let us do our thing and I would recommend if you purchase a vehicle from this dealership ask for him. He is the reason we chose this particular car for our daughter over another competitor we were considering.

Not very impressed. Recently purchased a used GMC Sierra. Before getting a full tank of fuel run through it, check engine light came on for emissions code. Discussed dropping vehicle off with service department. Was told since issue is with the emissions system, the dealer provided 90 day powertrain warranty would not cover this. Attempted to talk with someone at the sales desk and was told “since it wasn’t noted on the dealer inspection, this is the buyers problem and the buyer should have purchased extended warranty.”

These folks were very knowledgeable and friendly. We set an appointment with royce and he was prompt and available when we arrived. The vehicle we were looking at was ready to go and met our expectations based on their advertisement.

Josh was very easy to work with. I paid the asking price, and was offered the lowest price on my trade value, and got a little reduction on the dealer costs. The final negotiation for a hitch was not so easy, and I almost walked away.
