Worked with Patryk, who was great at first.

Worked with Patryk, who was great at first.....during negotiations, he accidentally sent me a message that was obviously for his manager, complaining that I was complaining, and that I was "unreasonable"...whoops. Also provided the great mechanical advise of "parts don't get replaced because you think they will go bad". Someone should educate sales on what proper care for a vehicle is.

Great service!

Great service! Took care of the finance and was quick and painless. Even worked with me on Sunday where other places wouldn't even deal with me until the following Monday. Great experience! Will buy from them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Nice dealership.

Nice dealership. Sales person (Jim) was very helpful. Management team was also very helpful. I am enjoying the new Lincoln Avaitor!

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Excellent sales person. Great service department. I’ve been going to this dealership since 2018, and every time I go I get the same sales person and the best service ever. Is it really an enjoyable experience.

You're typical dealership setup with sales guys in the

You're typical dealership setup with sales guys in the front and then finance guys in the back. We ended up getting the PermaPlate protection for around 1200 or so, but honestly it was not worth the money. The quality of the application was definitely poor.

The fuel pump in my new 2024 Nautilus Lincoln failed

The fuel pump in my new 2024 Nautilus Lincoln failed within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for me and my family. The lack of urgency, support and follow up I received regarding this issue was overwhelming! This was at its best the poorest customer service I ever received. I did not hear from the General Manager at all. Afte repairing my vehicle, I was told by Jim, the employee who assisted in the purchase of my vehicle, that I would receive a free oil change for my inconvenience. I don't believe the replacing of the fuel pump in a new vehicle in a minor inconvenience. I am now concerned about future parts in this vehicle which could be improperly installed. My family and friends expressed complete shock. For my peace of mind and true acknowledgment of my horrible experience, I believe the fair resolution would be for Joe Rizza Ford to provide me with the extended warranty for this vehicle. From the moment my wife and I were welcomed into the

From the moment my wife and I were welcomed into the dealership we felt an instant connection with the staff. The. Vehicle we were interested in was freshly cleaned and stored inside for us to look at! It was a 2021. Vehicle that had a clean engine bay. The price was very fair and we were elated to make the deal. The salesman and the finance manager could not have been any more accommodating. I highly recommend these guys!
