This dealer stated I would need to pay a diagnostic fee
This dealer stated I would need to pay a diagnostic fee for them to assess my vehicle before they would process an official manufacturer safety recall which I received in the mail for my vehicle. I spoke to the service manager for probably 15 minutes. I'm baffled a dealer would behave this way.

Right now I am living the worst experience with them,
Right now I am living the worst experience with them, they do not give me a solution to the problem, they sold me a car and gave me the documents 2 days before the permit will expire and everything is wrong, there is another owner and I cannot get my license plates, now no busy answering my call or tex.

Epidemy of sleezy car salesmen.
Epidemy of sleezy car salesmen. Didn’t disclose actual cost of vehicle when I inquired about availability. When I came in, I was asked if I knew what the actual cost of the car was…I was dumbfounded…was led to believe that the advertised price online was the price I would pay. Classic bait and switch. Needless to say, I left and immediately drove to another Lincoln dealership and immediately purchased car from them. Honesty always wins in the end!
