Castle Mazda was great! The staff were all friendly and helpful. I worked with Jan who was patient - he answered all my questions, showed me all the gadgets, and overall I had a great experience while I was there. I am so happy with my CX-5!

Service department misdiagnosed the issue which led to
Service department misdiagnosed the issue which led to multiple visits. Joe also failed to inform me of parts delivery and I showed up to the appointment not knowing parts weren't delivered. Horrible. Avoid here at all cost.

12/29/23 I purchased a Mazda, CX five from the dealership. Small snafu in the beginning because my salesman didn’t know we had an appointment so while I waited, everybody else took care of me. Another sales person showed me my car. Let me sit in the car and investigate it, then the manager helped start my car buying process. Everyone was friendly everyone was kind, considering they were very busy yesterday. There was no hassling no surprises costs or fees. It was just a good experience. It didn’t take as long as it did but I think it was a shorter experience than it could’ve been. I’m very happy with this dealership and my experience with them so far.

Service declined w new owners
I made 3 calls , 3 days in a row to schedule service and no one returned my phone call. I also used the chat feature on line expressing my concern. I never received a call so had to move to another dealer for a simple oil change.

Katy in finance was great and had a really good
Katy in finance was great and had a really good experience. Also bought a car here many many years ago that was also very smooth. Nice and small, calm dealership, nice service dept as well. Very happy and will be coming back here for service and any potential sales down the line too.

Had an overall great experience with our online purchase at Pugi. We were about to give-up our vehicle search, as we had wasted so much time at other Mazda dealerships closer to our home. Many dealers were either charging well above MSRP or requiring the additional purchase of undesireable add-ons at retail prices just sell us a new vehicle. I was suspect until the end, but Jesus was consistently honest and upfront, throughout the process, and there were never any hidden surprises. Vehicle condition, delivery and agreed-upon price was as-advertised and Jesus spent some needed time walking us throught the MyMazda app before we drove off the lot.

I recently purchased my very first Mazda,, and I am loving it!! The whole buying process was pretty painless from start to finish.. CJ worked with me and explained everything I needed to know about the car and followed up in a timely manner whenever I emailed him. Finance Manager Randy made the whole process easy and pleasant.. I know - not something you look forward to but working with Randy I didn't feel pressured. I got a chance to work with Chris Jones in service as well.. He answered and addressed all my concerns. And thanks to Bill Richey for all his help getting this sale finalized.
