Shopping for a vehicle has always been an extremelu stressful process for me until I found Pugi. Not only was the website user friendly and filled with lots of helpful information but the staff was welcoming and very professional. Everyone knows when you go online you can expect to get bombarded by dealers looking to sell you something and for most of those dealers they didn't care what I wanted, they just wanted to sell me something - anything . It made no diffence. I replied to each inquiry the same, letting them know exactly what I was looking for and when I expected to buy. Jesse from Pugi was the only one that heard me! He simply said "when your ready let me know" no more phone calls no more emails no pressure! It was great! When I contacted Jesse I gave him a list of cars I had reviewed online and when I showed up with my daughter he was ready for me. In no time I had the car I wanted. My next step was with Micheal Kapak the Business Manager and usually where things go from bad to worse but not this time. For the first time I felt like I mattered and was being heard. He didn't hound me to buy all the extras / bells and whistles he asked me and gave recoomendations. And the bonus, he was able to get me a better rate on my loan and save me $4,000, which for a single mom with a daughter in college is AWESOME!!!! Thank you Pugi for making this such a positive experience for me. I have been telling everyone Pugi is the way to go!!!

I visited quite a lot of dealers before purchasing my used mazda3 from Pugi Mazda. Of all the dealers I visited, Pugi was the one to have a wide variety of choices and no one beats their pricing and customer friendliness. Jesse was very helpful and friendly, I never thought car buying experience would be so easy and great ! When I first visited Pugi to see the car, I was allowed to do an extensive test drive. Since they understood that I'm a serious buyer they gave a very good deal, and I paid an advance of $200 to block the car. They were so courteous to wait for one week till I arrange the funds. On the delivery day they had the car and other paper work ready as promised. Vehicle serviced, tires changed, detailed, brakes and battery checked and the car looked and felt like new. I was go glad I purchased this car, end of the day I returned as a happy customer ! Highly recommend !

I gave Pugi Mazda an exceptional review due to the knowledge, friendliness and consideration of James Caris. James introduced himself upon my entry to the dealership and answered all my questions from that point forward, be it over the phone or face to face. He was not at all pushy, which is unusual in this business. That was one of the reasons I ultimately bought my new Mazda3 from Pugi. James made himself available to answer any and all questions and even would point out differences between Mazda and other brands, both positive and negative. His honesty and professionalism is ultimately the reason I not only went with the Mazda, But Pugi as well. Being introduced to the Service Manager, Anthony, was an added plus. It was nice to meet the person who I will be trusting to take care of my new Mazda3, which is a great vehicle BTW. I had many options that I considered, and am fully satisfied that I made the correct decision to purchase from James Caris and Pugi Mazda.

I appreciated James' approach of not hounding me. He was consultative and did not use the "traditional" car sales approach. Everyone from James to Mike Kabak (Manager) was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that my experience was positive. This is my third car purchased from Pugi - First with a Mazda. Could not have been more pleased.
