I took my 2013 explorer to this dealership and had
I took my 2013 explorer to this dealership and had nothing but trouble getting parts service and warranty help. They had my cat for a week and nothing was done. Don't ever go there and find some other place even if you have to drive an extra hr the service manager and dealership manager are both inept And dishonest

I wouldn't let Tim your service manager, or his boss that lied to me about a part and servicing my vehicle during your transition and the week you aquired the facility touch my vehicle ever again. They are dishonest and don't deserve the opportunity to work for me or anyone else they are ano star couple of liars

No matter what you are searching for this is a dealership you should take the time to check out. They do not play games with numbers like a lot of dealers do, they are fair and genuinely want to help you find what you are looking for at the best possible price and even if they don't have it on their lot, they will find it and get it there ASAP.
