If I could leave this dealership a 0 star I would. They told me a car July 22nd 2025, said it had a tune up and transmission flush and was ready to go. Only to have multiple issues with it since I bought the car. I'm now paying out of pocket for a rental while it's at the ford dealership being worked on. I'm now out almost 1k just trying to get it fixed, as it might need a whole new engine or transmission. And I'm a single mom who's also pregnant working 40-60 hours a week to make ends meet only to now be dealing with this around Christmas. Do not trust the precision tune on gunbarrel road as they are also privately owned by tradeup and will lie straight to your face saying things were done to the car when there wasn't anything done. Do not EVER go to this dealership unless you want to drive away with a broken car.

They sold me a bad car, it needs a complete suspension rebuild. Wouldn't work with me to make it right once the problems were discovered, said "it was sold as-is, that's the used car business for ya". Don't buy from them without a mechanic's inspection.

BUYER BEWARE! My husband bought a vehicle from this dealer only a few weeks ago and already the vehicle is giving us issues, including transmission issues there's no warranty on the vehicle, no compensation no nothing, I would never ever buy a vehicle from them again. I recommend going to a actual dealership. We are a one income family and now we have to pay to get the vehicle fixed when we just bought it. Absolutely, disgusted.

Purchased a vehicle from TradeUp and initially found the buying process straightforward. Staff were professional and helpful during the sale and contract signing. However, within two weeks after driving off the lot, the car began experiencing significant issues. It frequently goes into limp mode, all dashboard warning lights come on intermittently, and the vehicle has become undrivable. Despite the Carfax report showing no prior accidents, multiple mechanics have indicated the car was previously wrecked. Over $1,000 has been spent attempting to diagnose and fix the issues, with no resolution so far. I stayed in contact with the dealership during this time, but they were unwilling to offer assistance. Given this experience, I would no recommend this dealership.

I was told this car would be ready for a test drive. Upon arriving after leaving work early to drive it, I was told it was at the shop and wouldn’t be on -site until it was done at the shop awaiting a back ordered part.
