This dealership was very helpful. I did have to wait a bit longer due to having more than one engine problem being assessed. I found it very interesting that people are able to see the vehicles being worked on. They will also send a very detailed with pictures recap of everything that was found to be wrong with your vehicle. The staff was very friendly and checked on people waiting very frequently! Was very pleasant

I am very satisfied with the service department at the Hyundai dealership in Waco, TX. I want to thank Mr. Danny and his colleagues for the way they handled the replacement of the amber lamps/reflectors on my 2024 Hyundai Sonata N-Line—which had condensation issues—under the Hyundai warranty. The next step is replacing the front bumper. Without a doubt, I recommend this dealership and service department 100%. Thank you.
