Colin was amazing I had previously bought a vehicle from him. and was looking to trade it in to get something new. they were very fair with their trade-in number. and were able to give me a great deal on my new car

I had a very poor experience with Ace Motorworks and their salesperson, Adam, while trying to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. We were in contact with Adam daily, waiting for the vehicle to be shipped to the lot so we could finalize the transaction. We had already negotiated the price with Adam and agreed upon a final figure, so we were simply waiting for the car to arrive to close the deal. We made our intent to buy very clear and stayed proactive in following up every single day. After texting for an update today, we were told the vehicle was suddenly sold because someone else "wired the money" before it even arrived. At no point during our daily check-ins or price negotiations was it mentioned that wiring funds sight-unseen was an option—or a requirement—to secure the vehicle. Had we been given that information, we would have acted on it, especially since we had already agreed on the price. Instead, we were led along while the dealership worked a deal behind our backs. The lack of transparency and the "first come, first served" approach without disclosing the rules of the game felt incredibly underhanded. If you value clear communication and professional integrity, I would recommend looking elsewhere. We certainly won’t be back.

I traded my vehicle in and got a perfect vehicle for my daily needs. The sales staff was very professional and helped me get the deal I wanted.

Non responsive and deceptive. When I asked questions about things I could see in the pictures his response was to limit the number of pictures in the listing, rather than answer the questions.

After Colin & I negotiating a price on blank piece of paper he came back with a bill of sale with a higher price. He also couldn’t keep his “story straight” in his “sales approach” stating he’s has the same car we were buying then it was his girlfriend has the same car. Also said the finance company charges them $400 to use them which doesn’t make sense at all, just a bunch of unnecessary used car salesman xx. Daniel was great on the test drive tho

I purchased a vehicle with a written statement that it had been inspected and has "zero" issues. They tried to make money on me low balling the shipping which resulted in me having to wait three weeks to get it. It arrived with multiple issues. Although the dealership possessed the title, I had to spend many hours requesting it for it to show up 10 weeks later. This resulted in me having to pay interest and penalties at the DMV. They have since stopped responding to me.

Colin did an amazing job. He helped me get finance and the car ship straight to my door.

Julian was great. He even took my car to a pre pruchase inspection to make sure it was the perfect car for me. Will definitely buy my next car from ace motorworks

RUN! RUN! RUN! If I could leave a negative star I would. I have purchased over 20 cars over the years. This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. These guys are the definition of those shady car salesman we have always been fearful of. I made the big mistake of not reading these reviews before purchasing a vehicle for my wife. I had the car shipped to our house about 4 hours away from their dealership, purchased sight unseen. My first mistake because they want you to do that. This car showed up to our house looking like it had just been driven across the country and back. Loud noises coming from the wheels and tires while the guy was unloading it off the trailer. Bug guts all over it, it looked like it hadn't been washed in months. We were excited for this car purchased and quickly realized Ace motorworks must have purchased this car at the auction and never once looked it over or even attempted to clean it. When I got in the car I was immediately hit with a terrible odor, but that was just the beginning. The car was dead on empty, less than miles before it would have run out of gas. The TPMS light was on and my first test drive consisted of my driving it through my neighborhood and immediately turning around it around to make an appt with my mechanic. We found countless issues with this car. Brakes were shot, the filters were original to the car, its a 2012 with 100K miles!!! One of the headlight bulbs were out, the cigarrette lighter and phone charger did not work. The list goes on and on. Dents and scratches all over the car that were never mentioned. Comical because Julian said, " the car is in great shape, maybe a few rock chips in the front bump" What an understatement!! I called the dealership, texted and called Julian. ZERO Response. Needless to say I would NEVER buy from these guys and I would highly recommend you learn from my mistakes and purchase elsewhere

Julian was great he helped us get into the right car. getting there we weren't sure if this was the car for us until Julian showed us all the features the car had. it was everything we were looking for. I will definitely go back when it comes time to buy my next car
