I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share the awesome experience I had working with Casey at Porsche Atlanta Northeast. First, she put together a competitive lease deal in very short order and even sent a highlight video of the actual car given I live a good bit aways. But even more impressive is the customer service that came during the delivery process and continues to come. She is highly responsive and very knowledgeable on the model I leased. She had everything ready to go when I arrived to pick up the car and spent a tremendous amount of time with me going through every new feature given the technology has changed quite a bit since my last Porsche. I never felt rushed and she genuinely cared about my experience. Casey has an amazing personality, was impressive to work with and is a great representative for the dealership and Porsche. Awesome dealership, very professional! This was a first class experience all the way, and my sales reprasentative (Mark) was amazing! Mark Alvarez really made a difference in my customer experience! He was like having a brother at the dealership. My circumstance was a bit unusual, but Mark's "customer first" attitude made my deal work all the way from Arizona. Sales process was good. But I would recommend taking your car for service somewhere else. Loaners are hard to come by and they will try to charge you for things that should be under warranty.

An absolutely wonderful experience working with Mark Alvarez and Paul (from finance) on the purchase of my 2025 Cayenne GTS. I live in LA and bought the vehicle sight unseen and traded in my 2020 Cayenne Turbo. The professionalism, attention to detail, and simply the genuine curtesy I was provided by these individuals, far and beyond the standard. I first reached out at 9:30am and we essentially had the deal done by 4:30pm that same day. Five days later, my car was being delivered to me in LA and my trade in was taken away on the flatbed that delivered my new Porsche.
